All of our designs come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. This means that if you are not completely satisfied with your design, we will continue to work with you by providing unlimited free* revisions in a timely manner based on your feedback.

Please keep in mind that a successful embroidery project requires a combination of accurate digitizing, quality materials, and attentive sewing. We strive to do our best on the digitizing side of your project. It is up to you to choose the right fabric, needles, thread, and machine settings to run your design. If you are having trouble with a design, we would be glad to offer tips to help you with the sewing process.

Refund Policy

If you have placed an order with Reliable Punching and are not satisfied with the result or have any issues with our quality or turnaround time, you may request a refund. To do so, please send the following information via email to sales@reliablepunching.com within 3 business days following the completion of your order:

Digital sample of your sew out in JPEG format
Description of the problem you are having with this design
Description of What have you done to resolve the problem

We will promptly address your request. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
